These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, web applications, software, products, and services provided by CurrentFlow Consulting LLC ("CurrentFlow," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using a CurrentFlow product or service, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms may apply to a particular application, subscription, service, or business agreement.
1. Our Services
CurrentFlow Consulting LLC develops software and technology solutions, including tools intended for electrical professionals, contractors, technicians, businesses, trainees, and other users.
Features and availability may vary by product, subscription, platform, device, location, or account.
2. User Accounts
Some CurrentFlow applications may require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Information provided when creating or maintaining an account must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organization.
3. Professional and Electrical Information
Electrical codes, standards, regulations, equipment requirements, and accepted practices may vary by jurisdiction, project, installation, equipment, and code edition.
Users are responsible for verifying calculations, measurements, designs, code requirements, installation requirements, and other information before relying on them for actual work.
Where applicable, work should be performed and reviewed by properly qualified or licensed professionals and approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
4. Software Calculations and Results
CurrentFlow applications may provide calculations, recommendations, diagrams, references, estimates, layouts, or other generated results.
Although we work to provide accurate and useful software, results may be affected by user input, software limitations, code editions, assumptions, equipment requirements, local rules, or other factors.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before using them for construction, installation, estimating, purchasing, design, training, or other professional purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use CurrentFlow services to interfere with the operation or security of our systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or data, distribute malicious software, violate applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of CurrentFlow intellectual property to users.

Certain applications may integrate with or depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, application stores, payment providers, cloud providers, or other external systems.
CurrentFlow is not responsible for the independent availability, policies, content, or operation of third-party services.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain products or features may require payment or a subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation options, and applicable purchase conditions will be presented through the applicable product, application store, or purchasing process.
Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.
